This policy applies exclusively to products purchased via piscisea.com. Purchases made through third-party retailers are subject to the shipping and fulfillment policies of those respective platforms.
At Piscisea, we are committed to reliable global delivery. Below are the terms governing our shipping operations.
Shipping Regions & Rates
We offer complimentary standard shipping to the following regions:
- North America: United States (Contiguous 48 states), Canada
- Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany
- Asia-Pacific: South Korea, Australia
- All other regions: Please contact support@piscisea.com for a custom shipping quote.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses due to the high value and technical nature of our equipment.
Processing & Delivery Timelines

Processing: Orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. and regional holidays).

Estimated Delivery: Delivery windows are determined by the destination category. To optimize transit times, the Piscisea fulfillment system automatically dispatches orders from the most efficient global distribution center.

Global Delivery: 7 – 21 Business Days
Specific delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Transit times for global deliveries may vary based on local customs processing and regional carrier efficiency. -
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for the carrier’s system to activate the tracking link. You may track your shipment directly via your Piscisea account portal.
Import Duties, Taxes & Fees
For international shipments, the recipient is the importer of record.

Responsibility: All applicable VAT, GST, import duties, and local customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Refundable: If a shipment is returned to Piscisea due to unpaid duties, the original shipping costs and any return-to-sender fees will be deducted from the refund.
Modifications, Cancellations & Refusals
To maintain efficiency, our fulfillment system is highly automated. Please note the following financial implications for order changes:

Address Modifications: Changes can be requested at no cost within 24 hours of order placement.

In-Transit Changes: Any rerouting or address corrections requested after the item has left our facility will incur a $20 administrative fee plus any carrier surcharges.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund by contacting support@piscisea.com before the shipping label is generated. Once a shipping label has been generated or a tracking number assigned, the order can no longer be canceled. In this event, please follow the process outlined in our "Return and Refund" policy upon delivery.
Important Disclosures

Split Shipments: Specialized accessories may ship from separate fulfillment centers and arrive in multiple packages.

Customs Delays: Piscisea is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection processes in the destination country.

Damage Claims: Missing items or products damaged during transit must be reported to support@piscisea.com within 48 hours of delivery.
