Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies exclusively to products purchased via piscisea.com. For purchases made through third-party retailers, please refer to the return and refund policies of the respective platform.

The 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@piscisea.com to gain approval.

Return Eligibility & Exclusions

  To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in "As-New" condition, maintaining the following standards of technical integrity:

  • Unused and never exposed to water (salt or fresh).
  • Original packaging, tags, and protective films must be intact.
  • All accessories, manuals, and tools must be included.
  • Reels must not be spooled with line. (Spooled reels are considered "used" and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.).
  • Exclusions: Customized orders (engravings, personalizations, custom colors, etc.) are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  To ensure a secure chain of custody for your equipment, please follow these steps:

  1. Request Authorization: Email support@piscisea.com with your order number and clear photos of the item's current condition.
  2. Receive RA & Label: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Secure Packaging: Use the original Piscisea packaging to prevent transit damage.
  4. Ship: Items must be dispatched within 14 days of return approval using a trackable service.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Standard Returns: If the return meets the criteria in "Return Eligibility & Exclusions" outlined above, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Manufacturer Defect or Shipping Error: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all associated costs (both original shipping and return).
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to returns with missing packaging, minor cosmetic signs of handling, or reels that have been spooled.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without a prior Return Authorization (RA) will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

Order Cancellations

We utilize an automated fulfillment system to ensure your equipment is dispatched as quickly as possible.

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact support@piscisea.com immediately. We can process a full refund only if the order has not yet entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" stage at our fulfillment center.
  • After Shipment: Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled. You must follow the standard return process above after the package has been delivered.

Courier Damage or Lost Shipments

  Please inspect your order upon arrival.

  • Transit Damage: If the box is visibly crushed or significantly damaged, document the damage with photos before opening. Report damage to support@piscisea.com within 48 hours.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the item, contact us within 3 business days so we can initiate a carrier investigation.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. If you require a different model or specification, please initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order on piscisea.com.

Inspection & Refunds

Once our technical center receives your return, we perform a multi-point engineering inspection.

  • Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method than what was used on the original order.
  • Timeline: While we issue refunds immediately, please allow 7–10 business days for your financial institution to post the credit.

Regulatory & Regional Compliance

  We adhere to all applicable international consumer protection regulations. Depending on your location, the following statutory provisions may apply:

  • European Union & United Kingdom: In accordance with local regulations, customers in the EU and UK are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to initiate a return for any reason.
  • South Korea: We recognize the statutory 7-day return window as mandated by the Electronic Commerce Act.
  • Condition Requirement: Please note that for a full refund under these regional provisions, all items must still adhere to the "As-New" condition standards outlined in "Return Eligibility & Exclusions". This ensures the technical integrity of the equipment is maintained for future use.
